These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Inspired Knight Media Solutions LLC, doing business as Marine Reach Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital marketing agency based in Orlando, Florida. They apply to our website at marinereachdigital.com, our free video reviews and strategy calls, our text messaging program, and the marketing services we provide.

By using our website, booking a call, submitting a form, agreeing to receive text messages, or buying our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide online marketing for marine businesses, including Google Business Profile management, local search work, website and landing page work, review generation, and paid advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta.

The details of any paid project, such as scope, price, billing period, and deliverables, are set out in the proposal, checkout page, or written agreement you accept. If a proposal or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or agreement controls for that work.

Free video reviews, audits, and strategy calls are offered to help you decide whether we are a fit. They are not a promise of future results and they do not create a client relationship until you buy a service.

Prices and offers shown on our website or in our ads, including any limited intro offer, apply on the terms stated with that offer at the time you buy. We may change or end an offer at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed.

• Fees are billed in U.S. dollars through the payment method you provide, on the schedule stated in your order or agreement
• If your service renews each month, it continues until you cancel. You can cancel by emailing us before your next billing date
• Advertising budgets are separate from our fees. You pay Google, Meta, and other ad platforms directly for ad spend unless we agree otherwise in writing
• Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable for work that has been started or delivered
• Late or failed payments may lead to a pause in services until the balance is paid

Marketing results depend on many things we do not control, including your market, season, pricing, reputation, response time, and how ad platforms and search engines change their rules and ranking systems. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, rankings, sales, or revenue.

Case studies and examples on our website describe the results of specific businesses over specific periods. They are real examples, not promises, and your results may be different.

Ad platforms can disapprove ads, limit accounts, or change their policies at any time. We will work in good faith to fix issues that come up, but we are not responsible for decisions made by a platform.

To do our work well, we need you to:

• Give us accurate information about your business and keep it up to date
• Give us timely access to the accounts, listings, and assets we need, such as your Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and website
• Own or have the right to use the logos, photos, text, and other material you give us
• Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your business and advertising, including truthful claims and any required licenses
• Make sure you have permission to contact the people whose details you give us, such as customers you want us to message or advertise to

These terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Inspired Knight Media Solutions LLC, doing business as Marine Reach Digital. They are part of the Terms and work together with the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.

Program description: We send text messages to people who ask to hear from us. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to your questions, follow ups about your inquiry, service updates, and, if you agreed, promotional offers and marketing messages.

Consent: By entering your mobile number on one of our forms or booking pages and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first, you give us your express consent to send text messages to that number. If you agreed to marketing texts, you consent to receive them, including messages sent with automated technology such as an autodialer or a messaging platform. Consent is not a condition of buying any product or service.

• Message frequency: Varies based on your inquiry and activity
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan
• To stop: Reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then you will not receive more texts from us. Other words such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work
• For help: Reply HELP or email info@marinereachdigital.com
• To rejoin: Reply START or sign up again through one of our forms
• Carriers: Wireless carriers and their providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to use the mobile number

If you change your phone number, please tell us or reply STOP from the old number so that someone else does not receive messages meant for you.

If you give us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, your appointments, and the services you buy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us directly. Service messages about an active account, such as billing notices, may still be sent.

The content on this website, including text, design, graphics, videos, and logos, belongs to Marine Reach Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it for your own use, but you may not copy, resell, or republish it without our written permission.

When we create work for you as part of a paid project, such as ad copy or landing page content, you may use that work for your business once your fees are paid in full. We may keep and show examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Accounts and assets that belong to you, such as your Google Business Profile and ad accounts, stay yours.

Our services rely on tools and platforms we do not own, including Google, Meta, our CRM and booking tools, and payment processors. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them. Our website may also link to other sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Please use our website in a lawful way. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information in our forms
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape our content or send spam through our forms
• Use our website to send harmful, unlawful, or abusive content

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that our website will always be available, secure, or free of errors.

The information on our website is general marketing information. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inspired Knight Media Solutions LLC (doing business as Marine Reach Digital) and our owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Inspired Knight Media Solutions LLC (doing business as Marine Reach Digital) from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that come from material you give us, your products or services, your advertising claims, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to get the permissions needed to contact people on your behalf.

You may stop using our services at any time by giving us written notice, subject to the notice period and any minimum term in your agreement. We may pause or end services if you do not pay, break these Terms, or ask us to do something unlawful or against platform rules. When services end, we will return access to accounts and assets that belong to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you agree to that location. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to work it out first.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know. Using our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
